Product & System Master Data Governance Specialist - Saint Gobain
We are looking for a skilled strategical specialist in Product and System Master Data Governance for our MDM Team in the Nordic & Baltic region. The role can be located in Stockholm, Oslo or Copenhagen.

The role
The main objective is to improve our information-flows and information structures by mapping, analyzing, and practically driving necessary changes together with the business and application owners to ensure information and data availability in our core processes, focusing on product/system information.
You will be part of a team managing Master Data Management for the Nordic and Baltic regions. Your main responsibility will be information management governance for building products and the systems in which these products are included.
Key Responsibilities
- Driver in the work of establishing Masterdata in our information flow, setting the correct requirements in application deliveries for high data availability
- Manage projects and facilitate workshops
- Package information and use good data governance to create a better understanding of information-flows for products and product systems
- Gatekeeper of information-flows of our products and product systems, ensuring correct information and data quality
- Speaking partner for Saint-Gobain in the development of industry-specific information standards
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent key knowledge in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or in a related field. You have also worked with Information & Data Governance in complex organizations for a good couple of years.
- You have worked with data governance, product/system information, or project management and have practically driven change and improvement to support a data-driven approach
- Solid experience in master data management in product-centric environment
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
- Proficiency in data management tools and software
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment for maintaining high standards in data quality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience
- Designing ideas and solutions with a focus on the information perspective
- Data modeling, information modeling and conceptual modeling
- Good presentation and communication skills fluency in English and Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
- Ability to visualize how the interaction between information, processes, and IT contributes to business benefits

Our technical environment consists of a couple of systems and standards, we hope that you are quite familiar with most of them; MDM, Data Analysis, BEAst, BIM, Byggstand, ETIM, PEPPOL, GS1, SAP S/4, PIM.
